The Arctic Express is the most immersive and interactive Christmas experience themed photography portrait session you’ll find in the Sioux Empire. From the moment you and your loved ones enter our studio you’ll be whisked away magically to the North Pole to the tune of holiday music, sound effects, live action falling snow (indoors), thousands of twinkling Christmas lights, stunning Christmas decorations and of course greetings and interactions from our beloved Christmas Characters including Santa Claus himself creating memories that will last your lifetimes!

During our portrait-experiences families will have access all sorts of exciting props, presents, Golden Tickets and furniture exchanges making every portrait captured memorable and unique. These props include antique lamps, snowshoes, sleds, park benches, elegantly wrapped presents and of course Santa Claus for posed portraits! Families should however prior to their session plan their outfits carefully! Christmas pajama’s, winter outerwear, holiday clothing and other creative outfits are encouraged! If you have questions, prior to your session please do not hesitate to ask!
During our portrait-experiences we welcome children of all ages. It doesn’t matter if you are 2, 5, 12, 34, or 75 you are welcome! We understand that children of all ages have imaginations, and our goal is to bring out the Christmas Spirit for everyone involved. All we ask is that everyone try and stay on the nice list all year long so Santa Claus will bring extra goodies for all of us! Please simply remember this portrait-experience is designed for immediate family members only. Should Grandparents wish to attend they are welcome as well! Larger families with extended family members are encouraged to book their sessions back-to-back. We will gladly take a single group portrait between sessions for those families!

Our certified North Pole Express Mail is a very special mailing from Santa Claus directly to your little person! These heirloom level keep sakes include a hand addressed letter, Custom Santa Claus stamp, Golden Ticket, and of course a letter from Santa Claus himself!

Portrait Experiences are 30-minutes with a 55-minute review period immediately following. During this review period Children are welcome to join the adults as they review their newly created imagery, or they are welcome to their own private Christmas movie showing with snacks provided! We’ve found some children enjoy this movie experience, while others enjoy reviewing portraits with their families! (Snacks will be based upon dietary restrictions of each child, please just let us know if you or your children have any allergies)
Keeping in mind that no purchase is necessary, we have found that many of our families are emotionally impacted by the beautiful imagery we capture during our Portrait-Experience in studio and want to keep those memories alive forever through our heirloom keepsakes. Some families make no additional purchases while others invest several hundred dollars and other families thousands. Our goal is to offer you heirloom offerings that will enrich your home for generations to come.
Immediately following each Portrait-Experience families will have access to our heritage level Christmas Albums, Additional Digital Artworks, Canvas Materials Sizes Small, Medium, and Large and of course Christmas Cards.
You had better believe it. Our elves are busy little bees throughout November and December insuring all of our families have their albums, canvas’s, Christmas Cards and digital files within 20 days of their session. Families booking the 3rd and 4th week of November can expect materials in hand no later than 12/5 and 12/15 pending session date and items purchased. All materials will be either emailed or mailed directly to your home based upon your post photography experience purchase.
Within in Each of our Portrait-Experiences we include TWO complimentary digital pieces of artwork. (Digital Files) Any additional pieces of artwork commissioned are at an additional charge. Families partaking in our event are under no obligation to make additional purchases.

EACH ARCTIC EXPRESS IMAGE IS AN INDIVIDUAL PIECE OF ARTWORK THAT TAKES OUR DESIGNERS ANYWHERE FROM 35 MINUTES TO 60 MINUTES TO BRING TO LIFE. THIS INCLUDES LIGHTING, SKIN RETOUCHING, SNOW ADDITIONS, SKIN REPAIRS, WHITE BALANCE ENHANCEMENTS, AND MORE.
ADDITIONAL DIGITAL IMAGES ARE AVAILABLE FOR $95.00 EACH
AFTER YOUR ARCTIC EXPRESS SESSION IS COMPLETE, CHILDREN WILL BE AFFORDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE REFRESHMENTS AND A MOVIE (POLAR EXPRESS) WHILE PARENTS/GUARDIANS REVIEW THE SESSION’S PHOTOGRAPHY. CHILDREN WILL BE GIVEN A VARIETY OF TREATS. – PLEASE LET US KNOW ABOUT ALERGIES OR DIET RESTRICTIONS.
